Most of the personal data that Elephate obtains takes place during the newsletter subscription process and the general inquiry process, including subsequent exchanges between Elephate and the potential clients. For potential clients, this data generally consists of names, email addresses, the company name and website, and more specific data dependent on the potential client’s needs.
Elephate will not intentionally disclose or share your email and/or personal details to any third party.
As a whole, Elephate does not process or ever expect to process, personal sensitive data from its subscribers and clients. Elephate respects privacy and is committed to protecting it, not only to be in compliance with GDPR, but because it is simply the right thing to do.

Any new features that augments or enhances our newsletter shall also be subject to these terms and conditions.
Limited Liability
Elephate reserves the sole right to unsubscribe users from the newsletter service without notice. In turn, users can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time.
